Putin wants computing equipment makers’ support extended

MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government and public organization Business Russia to prolong support of producers of local computing devices and telecom equipment by August 1, according to the document released on Friday on the Kremlin’s website.

The government and Business Russia are also to consider expansion of the list of tools and mechanisms used by state development corporation VEB.RF and other institutions to finance projects in production of local computing devices and telecom equipment.
